We want you to be happy with Binder. If it isn't right for you, we'll make it right.
Binder Pro
Not what you expected? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Export credits
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Used credits are not refundable, except where an export went wrong because of a problem in Binder — then we'll refund or re-credit you.
- If an export fails before it finishes, the credit is returned to you automatically.
How to ask
Write to hello@sublimearts.io from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your purchase email. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a Pro purchase is refunded, its key is deactivated.
Nothing here affects any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
